Commitment and Cost
Before you commit to One Eighty Life Coaching, please read below to see what I will be expecting from you, and equally important, what you can expect from me:
YOU
- You will treat our coaching sessions as confidential
- You will endeavour to be absolutely honest at all times
- You must be prepared to be challenged (robustly on occasions)
- You will turn up for our arranged sessions on time, and wherever possible give at least 24 hrs notice of a cancellation or amendment to your booking
- You promise to remain committed to any action plan that we agree on. This is the most important point of all. Without commitment I can’t guarantee you will see the results you deserve.
ME
- I promise to keep anything we discuss confidential
- I promise to be honest with you at all times in order to give you the best opportunity to achieve your goals
- I promise to walk alongside you on every step of your journey of discovery and change
- I promise to use all of my skills and experience to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
Costs
Level 1 Coaching Package – This consists of 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions for £420:00
Level 2 Coaching Package – This consists of 12 x 1 hour coaching sessions for £720:00
Individual coaching sessions – £80:00 per hour.
Life coaching can be carried out by either face-to-face meetings, Zoom Calls, telephone calls or, any combination of your choice.
This is your life, and more importantly your journey, so I will flex to suit your needs.
Please note that all coaching sessions will need to be paid in full and in advance
